These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Washery.co’s website, mobile services, and laundry pick-up and delivery services (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • Customer” refers to the person or entity using our Services.

  • Washery.co,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the laundry service platform and its authorized partners.

  • Partners” refers to our network of laundromats, dry cleaners, and service providers who fulfill your orders.

2. Services Provided

  • “We offer pick-up and delivery laundry and dry-cleaning services through our website, platform, and partnered providers.

  • Services include, but are not limited to: Wash & Fold Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Specialty Garment Care, Subscription Laundry Plans.

3. Ordering & Scheduling

  • Orders must be placed through our official platform or authorized communication channels.

  • Pick-up and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule orders with reasonable notice.

4. Garment Care & Handling

  • We exercise reasonable care in cleaning and handling your items.

  • We are not responsible for: Pre-existing damage, fading, shrinkage, or color bleeding; Items without

    care labels or with conflicting instructions; Loose items left in clothing (e.g., coins, keys, pens) that may

    cause damage.

  • If an item is determined to be lost or damaged due to our negligence, our liability will be limited to up to

    five (5) times the cleaning cost of the affected item, not exceeding its current market value.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information and delivery details.

  • Ensure items for cleaning are free of hazardous materials.

  • Retrieve your laundry promptly upon delivery.

  • Make timely payment as per your chosen service plan.

6. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed on our platform and may change without prior notice.

  • Payment is due upon order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Subscriptions & Cancellations

  • Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

  • No refunds for unused portions of a subscription once the billing cycle begins.

  • You may pause or change your subscription by contacting customer support.

8. Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available for pick-up and delivery.

  • If we are unable to access the location, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

  • We are not responsible for items left unattended at your request.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any delays or failure to provide Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Washery.co, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in question.

  • Ready items – Have your laundry ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.

  • Safe clothing – Please check pockets and avoid hazardous materials.

  • Fair use – Services are for personal or business laundry only.

A Few Important Notes

  • Sometimes delays happen due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events — we’ll always keep you updated.

  • We can’t be responsible for pre-existing damage or items without care labels.

  • Lost or damaged items caused by us will be reimbursed up to 5x the cleaning cost.
